I'm Atalanta, a passionate and enuthastic events professional with over seven years of experience in the hospitality sector and customer-facing roles ranging from working in a kitchen as a Sous Chef to a Meetings and Events Causal in a 5* London Hotel and a Cafe Manager in a Chocolate Cafe.

So why events, you may ask?

Facilitating joyous, exciting experiences, and the feeling of togetherness is what drew me into the world of events. I am an avid gig-goer, and it's through this that made me realise that I needed to join the events industry and go to university to study Events Management. 

​

During my time at university, I volunteered at several corporate events, whether that be; International Confex, YHA's Annual General Meeting, an Annual Fundraising Gala for a wildlife conservation charity or a Childcare Expo. I got stuck in and drawn into the possibilities of the events industry, and my love for it only deepened. 

 

So, where am I now?

 

Three years later, I have finished my events degree and am currently trying to find a graduate-level role in experiential events and music events.
